If you are wondering what else you can make with Polish Farmer's Cheese besides Pierogi Ruskie, give this recipe a try. Polish Farmer's Cheese with radishes (Twaróg z rzodkiewką) is a dish we make every Easter and often for Saturday morning breakfasts. It can be eaten alone, with eggs or meat, and also with bread and veggies. Enjoy!

A plate of slice meat, a bowl of radish and cheese salad, a plate of hard-boiled eggs, a plate of pickled eggs, a bowl of beet and horseradish relish for Easter.

Polish Farmer's Cheese with Radishes
3 cups Polish Farmer's Cheese (twaróg)
½ cup Sour cream (full fat)
 1 bunch of radishes
 1 bunch of chives
 salt, pepper, seasoning to taste
1

Prepare your radishes and chives. Wash and then chop the radishes in any shape or size you want for inside the cheese. Allow for some radishes to garnish the top of your cheese. Do the same with the chives. Set aside.

2

Break up your farmer's cheese in a bowl with a fork until it is crumbly, not creamy.

3

Next add the sour cream until you get the consistency that you like. You may have to adjust the amount depending on how dry your cheese was at the start. If you want to lighten the recipe up, switch out some cream for white yogurt.

4

Season the cheese with salt and pepper. You can leave it at that or you can add some other seasonings you like. I like to add a bit of these Polish herbs or some dried dill or garlic, but it isn't necessary. It's yummy without.
